Throwback Thursday: Dance Figure 98′
From my High School figure drawing class back in 98′. We did so many pieces and I have a few more. This piece is my all time favorite. I love the linear perspective as the figure gets smaller towards the top, and the triangular composition, with the arms drawing your eyes back into the drawing instead of off the page. The depth of field is basically opposite of what it should be with more crisp darker details in the foreground. However, with how subtle the linear perspective is it still works and actually benefits the composition and emotion of the piece. – Krystal Marie
